At DarkRoomToys, we take pride in offering fast, discreet, and reliable shipping worldwide. All orders are packaged with care and shipped in plain, unbranded packaging to ensure your privacy.

We currently ship to customers across the European Union (EU), United Kingdom (UK), and United States (US).


2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped, including a tracking number where available.

  • In case of delays (due to stock, customs, or courier issues), we will notify you promptly.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the selected shipping method.

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance or courier delays.


4. Discreet Packaging

Your privacy is our priority.

  • All packages are shipped in plain, unmarked boxes or envelopes.

  • The sender's name on the label appears simply as “DRT Logistics” or a neutral descriptor.

  • No mention of “DarkRoomToys” or the contents will appear on the outside of the package.


5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination, order weight, and chosen delivery option.
Free or discounted shipping promotions will be clearly displayed on our website when available.


6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders outside the EU:

  • Customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, customs fees, or taxes imposed by their country.

  • We comply with all international shipping regulations but cannot control or predict customs delays.


7. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the courier’s system.


8. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window:

  1. Please check your tracking number for updates.

  2. Contact the courier directly for the latest status.

  3. If still unresolved, email us at support@darkroomtoys.com — we’ll assist in locating or replacing your order.


9. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping details are correct before finalizing your order.

  • DarkRoomToys is not responsible for lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

  • If the parcel is returned to us due to incorrect details, you may be charged for re-shipment.


10. Returns Due to Non-Delivery

If a package is returned to us because delivery was refused or not collected, we will refund the product cost minus shipping fees and any return courier charges.
